Maisa is hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize day‑to‑day finance and operations. You’ll own onboarding/offboarding, accounts payable, vendor onboarding, expenses, and access provisioning, while driving process design and automation across teams.

You’ll identify bottlenecks, reduce repetitive work, and build scalable workflows, partnering with Finance, People, and IT. English proficiency and a bias for action are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Engineering, STEM or related field welcome.
• Strong ownership and initiative to improve processes.
• Hands-on attitude with operational details and automation.
• Experience turning inefficient processes into scalable systems.
• Proven ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize employee onboarding/offboarding and recurring Finance Ops tasks.
• Coordinate access provisioning across internal systems.
• Document and improve operational processes with clear SOPs.
• Work with Finance/People teams to fix bottlenecks and speed up workflows.
• Design and implement automation using no-code/low-code tools when possible.
• Measure impact with metrics like turnaround time and reliability.
