Maisa is seeking an Operations Manager in Spain to lead and optimize finance and operations processes. You will own onboarding, accounts payable, vendor onboarding, expenses and access provisioning, while driving automation and scalable improvements.

You will collaborate with Finance and People teams, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions using no-code/low-code tools and scripting. Strong ownership and English proficiency are essential.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative to improve processes.
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to manage details across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially for recurring processes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI, automation and reducing repetitive work.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Spain, ideally Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate onboarding/offboarding operations, ensuring new joiners have access and equipment from day one.
• Manage Accounts Payable, vendor onboarding, expenses and corporate card administration.
• Coordinate access provisioning across internal systems.
• Maintain clear, scalable operational processes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, People and other teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify manual or repetitive workflows and find simplifications.
• Build and own a roadmap for operational improvements and automation.
• Redesign workflows using automation, AI, no-code/low-code tools or scripting.
• Measure impact via turnaround time, reliability and reduced manual work.
• Seek opportunities to make internal operations faster, simpler and scalable.
