Job summary

Isolutions is seeking an experienced PMO to shape and continuously improve how projects are delivered across the organization. You will work closely with Project Managers and leadership to ensure high delivery standards, increase transparency, and foster a strong project management culture that enables teams to perform at their best.

This role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and automation, with an AI-first mindset to simplify daily PM tasks.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Project Management or PMO in IT consulting or technology services.
• Strong governance, quality, risk, and delivery process knowledge.
• Experience with project KPIs, reporting and project controlling.
• Process-oriented mindset with passion for automation.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive transparency around project quality, delivery performance, and profitability across the organization.
• Provide KPIs and project insights to leadership.
• Rethink PM processes with an AI-first mindset and implement useful agents to simplify daily PM work.
• Monitor project health through controlling, quality gates, and reviews; identify delivery risks early.
• Maintain and improve Professional Services processes with the Project Management Community.
• Provide templates, tools, guidelines, and best practices to support Project Managers.
• Develop the Project Management Community across Solution Units.
• Plan and monitor competency development, certifications, and career growth for Project Managers.
• Act as Business Owner for Project Management tools and systems; pursue automation opportunities.
• Contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance within the PM domain.
• Own and improve the PM process framework.

• A process-oriented mindset combined with a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and leadership levels.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
