Job summary

Ideal candidates have finance/business degrees or 2+ years in related fields, with analytical skills and a drive for automation and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work in Barcelona is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or 2+ years in related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred with 1+ years in related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Investment Operations, Banking or Insurance.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willing to gain new skills and share knowledge.
• Appreciates agile, self-organized teamwork and collaboration.
• Interest in automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions and income payments.
• Support timely month-end closing activities.
• Periodically reconcile securities and cash holdings.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues with the team.
• Contribute to KPI targets and automation initiatives.
