Louis Vuitton in Barcelona is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee product flow, store upkeep, inventory control and policy enforcement across concessions. The role includes partnering with management to optimize operations and deliver impact on sales and customer service.

You will drive operational excellence, manage back-office tool evolution, ensure health and safety, and lead projects across boutique operations.

• 5 years of experience in stock/operation management or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead teams.

YOUR MISSION

Louis Vuitton is looking for a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team in Barcelona. The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, asset protection, health & safet y and schedule management. Additionally, the Operations Manager will partner with the wider management team to optimiz e operations across and between all concessions while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.

Job responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Operations Manager you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities:

Product & Operations Management:

• Manage all aspects of product flow.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the store.
• Ensure effective inventory control.
• Schedule Management

Safety & Security:

• Manage asset protection measures.
• Oversee health and safety protocols.

Strategic Partnership:

• Partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across all concessions.
• Contribute to a positive impact on sales and customer service.

Operational Excellence

• Drive the implementation of operational best practices to ensure excellence in all aspects of boutique operations.
• Serve as the project leader for all back-office tool evolution and roll‑out projects, overseeing their successful implementation and integration.

Profile

REQUIREMENTS

You will succeed in the role if you possess most of the following skills and requirements:

• Commercial mindset and business‑orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and people orientation
• Analytical Mindset
• Proven track record in stock/operation management: 5 years of experience min.
• Languages: English and Spanish Fluent.
• Availability to work 40hr/week and weekends.
