Louis Vuitton is seeking a capable Operations Manager to lead all aspects of product flow, after-sales processes, maintenance, inventory control, and store administration in Barcelona. The role includes enforcing policies, asset protection, health and safety, and coordinating with the wider management team to optimize operations across concessions.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in stock/operation management, fluency in English and Spanish, strong organizational and communication

YOUR MISSION

Louis Vuitton is looking for a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Manager to join the team in Barcelona. The role will include managing all aspects of product flow, after sales, maintenance & store upkeep, inventory control, administration, policy enforcement, asset protection, health & safety and schedule management. Additionally, the Operations Manager will partner with the wider management team to optimize operations across and between all concessions while continuing to deliver a positive impact on sales, customer service & stock management.

• Drive the implementation of operational best practices to ensure excellence in all aspects of boutique operations.
• Serve as the project leader for all back-office tool evolution and roll‑out projects, overseeing their successful implementation and integration.
