Louis Vuitton is seeking a capable Operations Manager to lead all aspects of product flow, after-sales processes, maintenance, inventory control, and store administration in Barcelona. The role includes enforcing policies, asset protection, health and safety, and coordinating with the wider management team to optimize operations across concessions.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in stock/operation management, fluency in English and Spanish, strong organizational and communication

Formación

• 5 years of experience in stock/operation management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work 40 hours/week and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of product flow and store operations.
• Oversee after-sales processes and store upkeep; ensure inventory control.
• Enforce health & safety protocols and asset protection.
• Partner with wider management to optimize operations across concessions.
• Drive operational excellence and lead back-office tool roll‑out projects.
