Smyth & Co is recruiting an exceptional Operations Manager for a luxury resort opening in Marbella, Spain. You will oversee the launch and ongoing operation of two distinctive restaurant concepts: a premium grill restaurant and an elegant Mediterranean restaurant.

The ideal candidate has senior operational experience in luxury venues and a proven ability to open and manage multiple outlets. You will lead the opening, build strong teams, and establish standards to deliver outstanding guest

Formación

• Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts.
• Proven track record opening and managing multiple F&B outlets (must have).
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness including budgets, labour and profitability.
• Understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterranean market.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the launch and ongoing operation of two distinct restaurant concepts: a premium grill restaurant and a Mediterranean restaurant.
• Lead the opening process and build the teams.
• Establish operational standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences from day one.
• Manage budgets, labour and profitability with a strong commercial focus.
• Play a key role in the growth of a luxury hospitality operation as additional concepts open.
