Triple is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to own the operational engine as we scale. You’ll oversee onboarding, customer success, payments, and cross-functional projects, partnering with founders to unify responsibilities that are currently spread across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, scale-ups, or fintech.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, structured problem-solver with data-driven mindset.
• Experience with payments or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve key operational processes across Triple.
• Drive cross-functional projects with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Collaborate with founders on strategic initiatives.
• Identify efficiency gains and build processes to fix them.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Engineering and Finance.
• Support customer success and onboarding.
• Build reporting and metrics visibility.
