Emerald Stay is seeking an Operations Executive to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a hybrid hospitality setup in Barcelona. The role blends front office duties with remote coordination to ensure seamless stays across boutique properties.

You will liaise with guests, arrange services, and manage arrivals, registrations, and post-stay invoicing while collaborating with local staff and suppliers. Fluency in English and French is required.

Formación

• At least 2 years in front office of a 4*/5* boutique hotel.
• Experience at a fast-growing company is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a great experience to all stakeholders.
• Liaise with guests before, during, and after stay via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Coordinate guest requests with local staff and manage arrivals/registrations.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and offer solutions or compensations.
• Process invoices and collect additional charges when needed.
