Job summary

Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market to support customers remotely from Spain. You will be the first point of contact in Spanish, providing empathetic, professional support across phone, email, and chat, and assisting with account management, billing and technical issues.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills, comfortable with digital platforms, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented

We're hiring an Operations Customer Expert (Spanish Market) to support customers of a well-known global brand. You'll be their first point of contact, in Spanish, from the comfort of your home.

What We're Looking For

• Full fluency in Castilian (Spanish) and English (B1)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Empathy, adaptability and attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Compensation

• €1,262.33 total gross per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances (paid monthly) and a meal allowance (€7/day)
• Or, if you choose the company apartment: €1,259.33 total gross package per month, including Christmas and holiday allowances, meal allowance and free accommodation (valued at €200). Cash portion: €1,059.33
• Training allowance: €18.56/day gross, paid for successfully completed training

Contract & conditions

• 12-month fixed term with a 1-month trial period; permanent after 2 years
• 40 hours/week (8h + 1h lunch break), Monday-Sunday rotation
• 22 days of vacation per year (proportional in the first year) + Portuguese public holidays

Accommodation option

Live in a fully furnished, company-rented apartment for at least your first 14 months, with all utilities covered. Available only to candidates currently living more than 100 km from the workplace. Employees only, no pets.
