Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert (Spanish) to join a leading medical device company in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with accounts and billing, and troubleshoot technical issues.

The role requires Spanish fluency and English at B2 level or higher, with rotating 24/7 shifts and relocation to Lisbon. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered along with training and benefits.

About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a leading medical device company, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
