Job summary

BuyGoods is seeking an Operations Coordinator to ensure requests from Affiliate and Vendor teams reach developers clearly, are prioritized, and delivered. This role involves managing rapid, high-volume communications across chat and task boards, converting messy inputs into crisp ClickUp tickets, and keeping teams updated throughout delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of coordinating many requests, excellent written English, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years handling a high volume of requests, tickets or projects at the same time.
• Clear, concise written English (chat-focused).
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Available in US EST Time zone 9:00PM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
• Bonus: startup or small-company experience with ClickUp or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Turn incoming requests from Affiliate and Vendor teams into clear ClickUp tasks.
• Chase progress with developers, remove blockers, and update teams.
• Prioritize requests and keep multiple teams aligned and informed.
• Coordinate across tech and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery.

Title: Operations Coordinator – Tech & Commercial Teams (Remote, US hours) | BuyGoods

The job in one line: You'll be the person who makes sure every request from our Affiliate and Vendor teams reaches our developers clearly, gets prioritized, and gets delivered.

What your day really looks like

• Around 120 Telegram chats, 100+ Teams threads and a busy ClickUp board. Everything is marked urgent; you decide what really is.
• Turning messy requests (new offers, API integrations, payment setups) into clear, complete ClickUp tasks.
• Chasing progress with developers, removing blockers, and updating the commercial teams before they have to ask.
• Staying calm and neutral when two teams both want to go first.

A project or delivery coordinator, a support team lead, a dispatcher, an ad-ops or affiliate coordinator, a service desk coordinator, or anyone whose job was to keep dozens of requests moving at once. No coding needed. You don't need eCommerce experience; we'll teach you the platform.
