Codomo is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our locations across Spain and Portugal, ensuring day-to-day operations are organized and run smoothly. You’ll join an international, growing environment and take ownership of improving processes while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

You will travel between Spain and Portugal as needed and contribute to reporting, documentation and administrative excellence in Granada-based operations.

Formación

• Some experience in an operational, administrative or coordinating role.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Good Excel, reporting, digital systems and administrative processes.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in residential real estate, hospitality, PBSA or flex living is a plus.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese administrative, tax or regulatory processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational activities and monitor actions, deadlines and agreements for our locations in Spain and Portugal.
• Manage documentation and keep spreadsheets, reports and operational overviews up to date.
• Support administrative and operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to make processes smarter or more efficient and proactively implement improvements.
• Support different Codomo locations and occasionally travel between locations in Spain and Portugal when needed.
