Codomo Living in Granada is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our Spain and Portugal locations. You will coordinate daily operations, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day activities from Granada.

You will work in an international environment, handling prioritization, ownership, and proactive process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Formación

• Some experience in an operational, administrative or coordinating role.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Good skills in Excel, reporting, digital systems and administrative processes.
• Good commercial and financial understanding.
• Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational activities and monitor actions, deadlines and agreements for our locations in Spain and Portugal.
• Manage documentation and keep spreadsheets, reports and operational overviews up to date.
• Support administrative and operational processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, local colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to make processes smarter or more efficient and proactively implement improvements.
• Support different Codomo locations and occasionally travel between locations in Spain and Portugal when needed.
