Tiqets, an award-winning tech scale-up, seeks a Regional Coordinator based in Barcelona to onboard products, manage supplier inventory, and optimize content and pricing across Spain, Portugal, and LATAM. You’ll act as the main operational contact for suppliers, ensuring accurate product listings and smooth API connectivity, while collaborating with HQ to scale operations.

• Minimum 1+ year in operations or account management.
• Experience with suppliers or product onboarding is a plus.
• Proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Fast learner with aptitude for new tools.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist, advise, and support suppliers during onboarding and product creation.
• Execute quality checks and advise suppliers to optimize offerings.
• Manage, monitor and upload supply inventory.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for suppliers in assigned regions (Spain, Portugal, LATAM).
• Provide support to active partners and HQ teams on content, pricing, availability, API connectivity and configurations.
• Collaborate with HQ on projects to optimize Operations processes and features.
