Gallery RED, based in Palma de Mallorca, seeks a full-time Sales & Operations professional to join the team on-site across our galleries. The role focuses on driving sales, coordinating daily operations, and managing suppliers to optimise costs.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, with experience in sales/operations and strong communication and organizational skills. The position is based in Palma de Mallorca and follows a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English; German is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, operations, administration, or team coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate daily gallery operations, working closely with management and the wider team.
• Manage external suppliers and service providers, including IT, security, maintenance, and other operational services.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and budgets to maximise efficiency and optimise costs.
• Ensure clear communication between management, the gallery team, suppliers, and external collaborators.
• Support management and the wider team with administrative and operational needs, proactively resolving issues as they arise.

Gallery RED is one of the fastest-growing contemporary art galleries in the Balearic Islands, based in Palma de Mallorca. We are looking for a full-time Sales & Operations professional to join our team, working on-site across our galleries.

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented individual who is comfortable with sales, takes ownership, and can ensure the smooth day-to-day running of gallery operations.
