Occhio Palma, a premium lighting brand, seeks a proactive showroom salesperson who blends outstanding service with sales excellence. You will welcome clients, advise on lighting collections, and guide them through the purchase journey while coordinating showroom needs.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining CRM data, and supporting project coordination. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; German is a plus. Mallorca residents preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Confidence in starting conversations and guiding customers through a consultative sales process.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with CRM systems and administrative tasks.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• An interest in architecture, interior design, lighting, or premium brands is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English. German is an advantage.
• You are already living in Mallorca.

• Advise clients on Occhio's premium lighting collections and guide them throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities, qualify customer needs, and confidently take the lead in sales conversations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team by sharing and handing over leads when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships with private clients, architects, and interior designers.
• Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.
• Coordinate everyday showroom needs, including flowers, refreshments, supplies, and overall presentation.
• Take ownership of the showroom environment and proactively identify anything that needs attention.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for every visitor.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Manage customer claims.
• Keep our CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date.
• Support project coordination from initial enquiry through delivery.

This is more than a sales position. You will become a key member of our showroom team, combining premium customer service with sales, organization, and operational excellence.

Your Role – consultative, creative, sales-driven

Sales & Customer Experience

• Welcome every visitor to our showroom and create a warm, professional first impression.
