SAMY Iberia is hiring a Data / Research & Insights Senior Analyst to transform data into strategic insights that steer campaigns and business performance. The role blends analytics with strategic thinking, identifying opportunities and influencing creative and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, command social media metrics, and guide decision-making with clear storytelling across English and Spanish audiences. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex campaigns for major brands.
• Deep familiarity with social media platform algorithms, digital marketing metrics, and influencer campaign KPIs.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools and end-to-end insight generation (setup -> analysis -> storytelling).
• Languages: English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights with strategic business impact.
• Track metrics across campaigns to identify success patterns and optimization opportunities.
• Build and evolve benchmark frameworks, measurement methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Apply trendhacking techniques to turn emerging market patterns into forward-looking recommendations.
• Utilize tools like Sprinklr and Brandwatch to gather consumer, cultural, and competitive intelligence.
• Design and execute research initiatives that support client growth, strategic planning, and new business.
• Create high-impact reports and presentations that translate complex analytical data into compelling narratives.
• Partner with strategy, creative, and account teams to guide decisions and deliver regular brand performance analyses.
