SAMY in Madrid is seeking an Account Supervisor to lead influencer campaigns and develop a talented team of Specialists. You will translate briefs into strategic campaigns, shape brand strategy, and drive continuous innovation.

You will leverage your deep knowledge of social media trends, influencer marketing, and data to optimize performance, coordinate events, and deliver compelling results for clients. You will work cross-functionally with booking and data teams, own problem solving, and help

Formación

• 6–10 years in influencer marketing with proven strategic campaign leadership.
• Advanced social advocacy knowledge and strong Excel/data analysis.
• Strategic thinker with leadership experience and mentoring.
• Knowledge of social media trends and influencer marketing.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-level strategic and creative campaign proposals.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Specialists.
• Develop brand strategy and drive innovation.
• Identify and select influencer profiles and plan content calendars.
• Oversee campaign performance and optimize results.
• Coordinate events and activations with influencers.
• Collaborate with booking and data teams on trends and reports.
• Lead issue resolution during campaigns.
• Analyze results and share actionable insights.
• Oversee legal and financial matters for brands.
• Suggest workflow improvements between brand, agency, and influencers.
