Optima Solutions Site Manager at PPG Industries will serve as the main liaison between PPG and the customer in an onsite capacity, ensuring effective communication and operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage site activities, and drive alignment with customer requirements.

The role requires strong customer-facing skills, technical understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact between PPG and the customer.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Coordinate activities between customer and multiple PPG teams.
• Monitor and drive resolution of product, process, and quality issues.
• Prepare and communicate operational, quality, and performance reports.
• Support product launches, trials, and material implementation projects.
• Ensure updates in PPG systems and tools.
• Coordinate logistics with Supply Chain teams.
• Promote compliance with EHS policies and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate onsite teams and resources when required.
