PPG is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist in Madrid to drive integrated communications for our Automotive Coatings division. You will craft engaging content, support campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications and 2–5 years in a related field, with strong English and experience translating technical topics into clear content.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver internal communications related to business initiatives, product launches, and key updates.
• Create external communications, including press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
• Ensure all communications align with PPG branding and messaging standards.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital assets.
• Support content development that showcases customer success stories, product innovations, and industry trends.
• Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Support email marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
• Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams to support product positioning and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign and communication performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Mission

Support the execution of integrated marketing communications initiatives for PPG's Automotive Coatings business by developing engaging content, delivering internal and external communications, supporting marketing campaigns and events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role helps strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth while ensuring consistency with PPG branding standards and leveraging data, technology, and innovative marketing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing communications or a related marketing role.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or automotive environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging, and customer-focused content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience with content creation and design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI-powered tools, and campaign performance measurement to support marketing effectiveness.
