DentalMonitoring in Barcelona seeks an Implementation Specialist to onboard new dental practices, tailor workflows, and train clinicians on our AI-powered remote monitoring platform. You will nurture existing customers, fostering adoption and advocacy, while collaborating with regional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

We value 5+ years in dentistry/orthodontics, a consultative sales mindset, and strong IT literacy.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or an equivalent degree.
• Excellent understanding of a consultative / solution-based sales approach.
• Consultative, training, and implementation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of IT and computer science knowledge.
• Ability to influence clients and adapt to new technologies.
• Independent, enthusiastic, and curious.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new customers with tailored workflows for each office.
• Train clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite.
• Support and grow existing customers to maximize AI technology benefits.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform.
• Travel up to 60% for in-person training and support.
