DentalMonitoring is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard new customers, tailor workflows for dental offices, and train clinicians on the DentalMonitoring suite. You will act as a technical bridge between customers and the platform, nurture existing users, and travel up to 60% to deliver hands-on support and training across offices.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in dentistry or orthodontics, strong consultative selling skills, and a keen interest in technology.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or an equivalent degree.
• Excellent understanding of a consultative / solution-based sales approach.
• Consultative, training, and implementation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of IT and computer science knowledge, with a strong interest in new technologies.
• Ability to influence clients and demonstrate empathy and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to each office.
• Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite.
• Nurturing existing customers to maximize benefits of AI technology and dashboard.
• Building strong relationships so customers endorse the DentalMonitoring brand.
• Acting as a technical bridge between customers and the platform.
• Supporting and attending local trade shows.
• Collaborating with regional sales, customer success, and sales reps to ensure best onboarding.
• Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols for disruptive technology.
• Traveling up to 60% to train and support in-person offices.
