Brilliant Computers in Rota, Cádiz, Spain, seeks a Network Support Engineer to provide onsite network support. You will install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in network support with TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, routing and switching, and Cisco gear. CCNA or Network+ is a plus. You’ll work with IT teams, document incidents, and communicate status clearly to customers.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in network support or a similar role
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are an advantage
• Basic understanding of Windows server environments and Active Directory is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot issues related to IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network routing
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and respond to alerts or outages
• Maintain ticket updates and documentation for all reported incidents
• Work with internal IT teams to resolve complex issues
• Assist with network maintenance, upgrades, and implementation projects
• Ensure timely communication on issue status and resolution
