Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department in Guadalajara. The role includes maintenance, system projects, and automation tasks.

You will work on networked environments, implement IT solutions with business departments, and support security standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• Three years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Proficiency in computer applications with Windows OS.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Understanding LAN/WAN networks.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide technical end-user support for software, hardware, systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT equipment and servers.
• Develop IT solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Administer user accounts and access rights across systems.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure security standards.
