RELEX Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Merchandising team in Barcelona, Spain. You will be embedded in customer environments to configure, extend, and build on the RELEX platform, tailoring solutions to real-world operational contexts and proving measurable impact.

The role involves on-site engagement with customers, especially during discovery and go-live, with travel as a core condition of the job.

Formación

• Experience designing and building software across the full stack.
• Strong system design and observability understanding.
• Experience building integrations for downstream or customer-facing systems.
• Cloud platforms and modern application stacks knowledge.
• Business acumen: translate technical work into measurable impact.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Own technical delivery end to end: discovery through go-live, configuration, extensions, integrations, and quality of shipments.
• Prove value by instrumenting deployments, measuring outcomes, and presenting evidence to operations and executives.
• Own the technical customer relationship, learn operations deeply, and challenge requirements.
• Feed the product by capturing field gaps and prototyping solutions for the roadmap.
• Build customer self-sufficiency through knowledge transfer and clean handovers.
• Grow the account by surfacing adjacent use cases and coordinating with pre-sales and account teams.
• Support commercial activity with feasibility assessments and technical demos.
