Médiaperformances aims to grow its Retail Media footprint in Spain. We seek an Operations Manager on a 6-month contract to oversee in-store deployments, ensure service quality, and build scalable processes for rapid growth.

As the country operations lead, you will act as the primary point of contact for retailers and partners, driving project governance, stock management, and KPI-led improvements to support the Spanish business expansion.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience with deployments and partner coordination.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Good English (B2/C1); French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee deployment of equipment across stores and retail chains (pre-installation visits, installation monitoring).
• Coordinate local service providers and establish governance and workflows.
• Act as operational contact between retailers, partners and Médiaperformances.
• Identify recurring issues and implement optimization plans (quality, timelines, coordination).
• Manage stock and equipment, including inventory and after-sales service.
• Support identification and negotiation of local partners when required.
