End User Support Specialist role based in Malaga, fully on site, with a permanent contract and a salary of €35,000–€40,000 per annum. The role sits with a world-class IT services provider offering end-user support to internal teams and clients.

You will own tickets end-to-end, manage Windows and Mac OS endpoints, Active Directory, basic networking, and MDM (Intune or Endpoint Central). Expect involvement in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the end-user experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar IT Support role (level 2 or level 1 with exposure to advanced support)
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Active Directory and basic Networking
• Strong MDM experience - Endpoint Central or Intune preferred
• Excellent customer service and ownership in support delivery

Responsabilidades

• Own support ticket cases end-to-end within defined SLA boundaries
• Maintain endpoint, meeting room and workplace technologies across offices
• Support on projects to improve processes and automate workflows for better user experience
