Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking an End User Support Specialist (level 2) for Madrid, on-site. You will own front-line and end-to-end support tickets, maintain endpoint and meeting room technologies, and ensure JML activities align with SLA boundaries.

In addition to daily support, you will participate in projects to streamline processes, introduce scripting or workflow improvements, and enhance the end-user experience across supported offices.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT support or similar role.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS; Linux a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication and ownership.
• Experience with endpoint and meeting room tech.

Responsabilidades

• Own support tickets end-to-end.
• Maintain endpoints, meeting room, and workplace tech across offices.
• Support joiners/movers/leavers (JML) per SLA.
• Assist on process-improvement projects via automation.
