AIRE Ancient Baths in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is seeking a Booking Agent to join our Contact Center. This is a 100% on-site role handling customer service via email, chat and phone and managing reservations for all centers.

You will work with an English-fluent, customer-focused team in a welcoming environment. The position is 40 hours per week with weekend and holiday shifts, plus night bonuses and staff perks such as discounts on experiences.

Formación

• Fluent in English or equivalent
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Willing to work nights, weekends and public holidays if required

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via email, chat and phone
• Manage individual and group reservations
• Resolve and follow up on customer queries and issues
