AIRE Ancient Baths in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is seeking a Booking Agent to join our Contact Center. This is a 100% on-site role handling customer service via email, chat and phone and managing reservations for all centers.

You will work with an English-fluent, customer-focused team in a welcoming environment. The position is 40 hours per week with weekend and holiday shifts, plus night bonuses and staff perks such as discounts on experiences.

The Role

AIRE Ancient Baths is a group of unique wellness spaces inspired by the tradition of ancient thermal baths, combining water, relaxation, and wellness experiences in beautiful spaces across different cities around the world.

We are looking for a Booking Agent to join our Contact Center team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This is a 100% on-site position, providing customer service and managing reservations for all AIRE centers internationally.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Customer service via email, chat, and phone.
• Managing individual and group reservations.
• Resolving and following up on customer queries and issues.

Full training will be provided.

Who You Are

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Customer-oriented, with strong communication and commercial skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to maintain the required internet speed.

• Permanent contract 40h/week,
• 100% on-site at our Contact Center offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
