Job summary

Numa is seeking a Reservations Agent on site in Spain to support corporate, group, and individual bookings. You will handle inquiries mainly via email and phone, prepare tailored offers, and ensure a smooth, professional booking process.

The role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with at least 1 year in hotel reservations or front desk. English and German (C1) are required; you will collaborate with Guest Support, Operations, Revenue, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German (C1).
• At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations or front office.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service behind the scenes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple enquiries and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming corporate and group enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and send tailored offers using our online quotation tools.
• Process and manage requests for group bookings, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
• Liaise closely with Guest Support, Operations, Revenue Management, and Finance to ensure consistent and accurate information flow.
• Maintain updated records in our reservation and CRM systems.
