Job summary

This on-site role offers an initial 3‑month contract via ETT with potential permanent incorporation, salary 21k–26k gross per year depending on experience. Catalan is required and English is a plus; a proactive, team‑oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• CFGM/CFGS vocational training in Telecommunications Systems or IT.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware.
• Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and user support.
• Fluent or native level of Catalan.
• Good level of English for international support.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users regarding incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and computer systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems both in person and remotely.
• Perform preventive maintenance to guarantee proper functioning of equipment and minimize incidents.
• Install, configure, and set up computers, printers, telephones, and other devices.
• Manage IT asset inventory (equipment, servers, and devices) up to date.
• Collaborate in installation, update, and maintenance of software and operating systems.
• Provide technical support to different areas of the company and, depending on English, collaborate with international subsidiaries.
