Evergreen Electrica SLU in Fuengirola, Málaga, invites applications for a customer service and sales role based on-site from Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00. We are seeking an organized person with a professional manner and good communication skills who enjoys working as part of a team.

The role involves handling calls and emails, identifying customer needs, following up on enquiries, updating records, and promoting our services to potential customers.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service would be an advantage.
• Advanced English is essential.
• A keen desire to learn and excellent communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve them and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and issues: set up new contracts, update personal details, send invoices or grant access to the customer portal.
• Organise and file customer documentation as appropriate.
• Collect payments from customers visiting the office.
• Contact potential customers to offer services.
