Ignite is seeking a Basque-speaking Customer Advisor in Spain to deliver high-quality service to commercial airline passengers. You will be the direct link for travelers, assisting with bookings, account questions, and digital tool usage across multiple channels.

The role requires fluent Basque, advanced Spanish, and intermediate English, with on-site work in Terrassa. Rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 and a structured onboarding program are included.

Formación

• Fluent Basque (Euskera) required, advanced Spanish, intermediate English (B1–B2).
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Handle omnichannel inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Manage passenger bookings, updates, and account changes.
• Provide guidance for online check-in and app navigation.
