Ignite is seeking a Basque-speaking Customer Advisor to join our on-site team in Spain. You will support commercial airline passengers across channels, handling bookings, travel administration, and technical guidance.

The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professional communication in Basque, Spanish, and English. Ideal candidates will have strong Windows/Microsoft Office skills and a high school diploma, with experience in customer care or travel sectors highly valued.

Formación

• Fluent in Basque (Euskera)
• Advanced Spanish
• Intermediate English (B1–B2)

Responsabilidades

• Omnichannel Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email
• Booking & Travel Administration: Manage reservations and itinerary changes
• Technical Guidance: Help passengers navigate digital check-in and self-service tools
• Problem Resolution & Empathy: Maintain calm, empathetic support
• Multilingual Service: Provide Basque, Spanish, and English assistance
• Record Keeping: Log interactions and resolutions in Windows-based systems
