Job summary

Ignite is seeking a Basque-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a fully on-site role in Spain. You will act as a frontline brand representative, assisting passengers in Basque, Spanish, and English while handling bookings and technical issues across multiple platforms.

You will log all interactions in the CRM, support airline-specific processes, and participate in a comprehensive onboarding program. The base salary is €19,623.64 per year with an annual bonus up to €1,200, and shifts run

Qualifications

• Native Basque (Euskera) fluency, advanced Spanish, and B1–B2 English for internal systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with Windows OS and daily use of Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle omnichannel passenger requests across calls, live chats, and email.
• Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide step-by-step tech guidance for self-service tools and apps.
• Demonstrate empathy and resolve customer issues with care.
• Switch between Basque, Spanish, and English with internal teams.
• Log interactions and keep CRM records up to date.
