Indra Group is seeking an On-board Image Processing Engineer to design, develop, test, and verify onboard image processing solutions for space applications in Madrid. You will work across Nvidia GPU, Myriad VPU, Xilinx FPGA, SoC, and MPSoC platforms and lead multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a strong background in C, C++, Python, VHDL and experience with OpenCV, CUDA, Vivado, Vitis, and TensorFlow, plus professional English proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of software and FPGA engineering experience.
• Experience implementing image processing or neural networks on Nvidia GPU / Myriad / Xilinx FPGA / SoC / MPSoC.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, and VHDL.
• Knowledge of development and configuration tools (Git, OpenCV, CUDA, Vivado, Vitis, TensorFlow).
• Professional level of English.

We are looking for an On-board Image Processing Engineer with experience in software and FPGA engineering, image processing, neural network implementation in embedded hardware platforms, testing and verification activities to join projects focused on the development of advanced onboard image processing solutions for space and Earth observation missions.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, test, and verify onboard image processing solutions for space applications.
• Implement image processing and neural network algorithms on target hardware platforms such as Nvidia GPU, Myriad VPU, Xilinx FPGA, SoC, and MPSoC.
• Generate engineering documentation, including requirements specifications, software design documents, and technical reports.
• Lead technical activities and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Collaborate with national and international stakeholders in innovative space and defense projects.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software and FPGA engineering, including testing and verification activities.
• Experience implementing image processing or neural network solutions on Nvidia GPU, Myriad VPU, Xilinx FPGA, SoC, or MPSoC platforms.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, and VHDL.
• Advanced knowledge of development and configuration management tools such as Git, OpenCV, CUDA, Vivado, Vitis, and TensorFlow.
• Professional level of English.
