Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Organizational Development Project Manager for a temporary position. The role leads strategic organizational design, process optimization, and data-driven initiatives to boost efficiency across the organization.

You will coordinate with HR and business units to drive transformation, deliver executive-level analyses, and guide teams through changes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in OD, global matrix environments, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, ideally within a global matrix environment.
• Proven experience driving organizational design and transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Experience working with Centers of Excellence or OD Consultancy firms is a plus.
• Proficient level in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design strategies to optimize structures and workflows.
• Analyze hierarchical levels, capabilities, and resource needs to recommend structural adjustments.
• Oversee redesign initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, or significant organizational changes.
• Define, plan, and lead key projects related to company transformation, process improvement, or efficiency analysis.
• Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of KPIs and deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between HR and other functional areas involved in the projects.
• Prepare executive-level reports with detailed analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and lead their transformation.
• Advise senior management on labor market trends and their impact on organizational strategy.
• Oversee and manage the team with clear role definitions and development opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and alignment with project goals.
