Job summary

McKinsey & Company Madrid, Orphoz division, seeks a Senior Delivery Consultant to lead transformation programs and drive successful implementations for clients. You will coordinate projects, manage change efforts, and coach teams across broad stakeholder groups in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Based in Madrid, you will work with a global, diverse team focusing on digital transformations, operations improvements, and culture shifts, delivering sustainable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
• Experience in project management or operational roles with a focus on implementation or execution.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive change across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English (C1+) and local office.

What you’ll do

As you gain experience, you will graduallyassume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself.You will lead less tenured consultants and clients in your project orworkstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve theproject's objectives.You will also contribute to the development of the firm throughparticipation in internal projects. Your background

Degree with a strong record of academic achievement 4+ years of experience in project management or operational roles with a strong focus in implementation or execution (preferably in consulting)Strong Analytical, communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage complex projects and drive change across broad range of stakeholdersMotivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required to succeed in a consulting environment Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above) and the local office

You have previous experienced in one or more of the below topics:

• Holistic process redesign (Sales, Customer Care, IT, HR and Operations) and implementation
• Processing reengineering, lean and overall operations transformation
• Carve-outs and M&A implementation projects in a transformation context
• Implementation of AI projects to reshape company operations
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions (e.G., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable
