rhe in Sevilla is seeking an experienced Import Ocean Operator to manage end-to-end ocean shipments (FCL/LCL), consolidations, and coordination with agents and lines. You will track shipments, ensure documentation accuracy, and support customs clearance and inland transport while maintaining strong customer communication.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar import ocean role, solid knowledge of ocean freight, and a good command of English for daily interactions with agents.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role as an import ocean operator
• Solid knowledge of international ocean freight, especially FCL/LCL
• Intermediate/advanced level of English (daily use with agents)
• Good command of IT tools and operational systems
• Organised, proactive person with a strong customer-service orientation

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of import ocean shipments (FCL/LCL).
• Management of own consolidation services.
• Coordination of shipments with agents and shipping lines.
• Shipment tracking and milestone control (departures, arrivals, transshipments, etc.).
• Requesting and checking documentation (B/L, packing list, invoice, etc.).
• File opening and operational follow-up.
• Coordination of customs clearance and inland transport.
• Continuous communication with customers and shipment status updates.
• Handling operational incidents.
• Cost control and invoicing.

What You Can Expect :
