Translog Overseas Spain is seeking an Import & Customs Operations & Pricing Associate to help coordinate air and ocean freight imports, gather quotations, and maintain shipment records. The role requires strong MS Office skills and good communication with clients and agents.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, international logistics environment, collaborating with export teams and ensuring accurate data entry and timely information flow.

Formación

• Degree in International Relations, International Business, or Economics will be highly preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or pricing support will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluency in Spanish; English (B2) will be highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating air and ocean freight import operations.
• Support in collecting and verifying agent quotations for pricing negotiations.
• Maintain shipment files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Export teams (air and ocean) to finalize import arrangements.
• Prepare basic Excel reports and assist in data entry for shipment tracking.
• Communicate with clients and agents to ensure timely information flow.

You will be part of the Import & Customs Department, performing Operations and Pricing duties in the management of international shipments. You will assist in gathering quotes, coordinating import logistics, and maintaining shipment records to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
