Job summary

Regular Trading and Contracting LLC seeks a physician to direct the HSE medical activities, including policy formulation, reports for the Health Ministry, and medical care for employees. The role oversees emergency treatment, data analysis, and wellness initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with HSE teams to implement health policies, assess workplace risks, and develop training programs.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to diagnose and treat occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Ability to conduct medical evaluations and assessments for work fitness.
• Knowledge of preventive medicine and wellness programs to reduce hazards.
• Strong communication to advise on medical issues affecting safety.
• ERP knowledge with SAP is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical examinations, assessments, and screenings for employees to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Provide medical advice to employees and management on occupational health and hazards.
• Collaborate with HSE teams to develop health policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct health risk assessments of workplace environments to identify hazards.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid, CPR, or medical interventions as needed.
• Monitor and analyze health data to identify trends and improvement areas in HSE practices.
• Participate in incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives like vaccination programs and screenings.
• Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality per regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on health regulations and industry standards; pursue ongoing education.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with IMS policies.
