Ilerwork, a specialist turnkey construction company, seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across construction projects in data centre, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

You will ensure compliance with local legislation and client requirements, conduct audits and incidents investigations, deliver inductions and training, and promote a strong safety culture while supporting sustainable practices and environmental management.

Formación

• Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction, infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture across multiple projects.
• Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and client-specific HSE requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all active projects.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
• Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe working practices.
• Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics.
• Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures are established and maintained.
