Formación

• 3–6 years of HSEQ experience in corporate or project settings.
• Strong knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI preferred.
• English language proficiency at C1.

Responsabilidades

• Independently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities, including PPE, medical surveillance, risk assessments, training, etc.
• Coordinate and document H&S training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and update H&S procedures and support annual plans and programs.
• Implement corporate safety programs across assets.
• Conduct internal audits at assets and construction projects.
• Collect, analyze, and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.
• Participate in audits and inspections and support corrective actions.
• Assist in development of improvement initiatives and best practices.

We are currently recruiting a Advanced Health & Safety - Quality & Environment Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently monitor compliance with national HSEQ regulations across corporate entities, including PPE, medical surveillance, risk assessments, training, etc.
• Coordinate and document H&S training, emergency drills, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and update H&S procedures and support the development of annual plans and programs.
• Implement corporate safety programs across our assets.
• Conduct assigned internal audits at assets and construction projects in the geographies where we operate.
• Collect, analyze, and report HSE indicators and compliance data; manage dashboards.
• Participate in audits and inspections and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of improvement initiatives and best practices.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or similar.
• Postgraduate studies or an official Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, covering all three specializations.

Experience & Technical Skills

• 3–6 years of HS-related experience (corporate or project-based).
• Good knowledge of HS standards, risk identification, training, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in Power BI or similar tools.
• English level C1
