LEVEL, based in Barcelona and part of the IAG group, seeks a Duty Manager for its OCC in Viladecans. This full-time, on-site role coordinates daily operations across Flight Dispatch, Crew Control, Ground Operations, Customer Response, Maintenance and more to ensure safety, punctuality and rapid disruption recovery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in an OCC or related environment, strong decision-making under pressure, and excellent stakeholder management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant operational experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an airline Operations Control Center or similar.
• Experience in disruption management and stakeholder coordination is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage and coordinate the daily operation across all relevant areas.
• Monitor operational performance and drive actions to meet KPIs.
• Identify operational risks and ensure timely escalation and follow-up.
• Lead coordination during disruptions and drive recovery plans.
• Ensure decisions are based on complete, accurate information and clear communication.
