LEVEL is seeking a Duty Manager for the Operations Control Center at its Barcelona headquarters in Viladecans. The role coordinates daily operations across Flight Dispatch, Crew Control, Ground Operations, Customer Response, and Maintenance to ensure safe, punctual, and efficient flights.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in airline OCC or similar settings, and have strong disruption management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant operational experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an airline Operations Control Center or similar operational environment.
• Experience in disruption management, operational decision‑making, stakeholder coordination, and airline recovery processes is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage daily operations across Flight Dispatch, Crew Control, Ground Operations, Customer Response, Maintenance, Network Control, airports, handling agents, fuel providers, and other operational stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance during the shift and drive actions to meet or exceed key KPIs such as punctuality and operational stability.
• Identify operational risks early and ensure timely escalation and follow‑up with stakeholders.
• Lead disruption coordination by gathering facts, consulting required stakeholders, and driving the most effective recovery plan.
