LEVEL, a Barcelona-based airline within the IAG group, seeks a Safety & Compliance Manager AOC to support the SMS, compliance monitoring, and change management, serving as deputy to the Safety Manager. The role involves safety oversight, investigations, audits, and regulatory liaison with AESA and other authorities.

Essential qualifications include aeronautical engineering or ATPL, SMS knowledge, and fluent English and Spanish, plus experience in a regulated aviation environment.

Formación

• Aeronautical engineering degree or ATPL is required.
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with aviation regulations and regulatory environments is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Act as deputy to the Safety Manager when required.
• Lead safety hazard identification and risk assessments, investigations, and SPIs analysis.
• Coordinate Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, and change management activities.
• Collaborate with authorities, operations, and external stakeholders on safety and compliance.
