Job summary

Greenvolt seeks an O&M Procurement Specialist in Madrid to support purchasing for O&M and Asset Management projects across wind, solar and storage. You will assist with supplier research, tender documentation, and tracking orders under Procurement Management.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, 1–2 years in O&M/AM, strong English, negotiation and analytical skills, and a willingness to travel (min 10% – max 30%). The role emphasizes proactive collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Complimentary studies in Supply Chain are a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of significant/recent experience within O&M and AM.
• Desirable experience with supplier and contract management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy and ability to anticipate and provide solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask across projects.
• Willingness to travel (expected min. 10%-30%).

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimations and project forecasts for various categories, collaborating with technical teams.
• Support procurement strategies for O&M and Asset Management across multiple geographies.
• Research potential suppliers and expand the supplier network.
• Lead or support RFIs, RFPs/RFQ, sole sourcing or bid processes with a competitive approach.
• Coordinate inputs from Legal, Compliance, Risk, and EHS.
• Support contract and commercial negotiations and awarding recommendations.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure accurate dates, quantities and prices.
• Report procurement activities following Group guidelines.
